At Quicker Tide Nursery, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, our policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

🌱 Arrives Healthy Guarantee

We guarantee that your plant will arrive in healthy condition.

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the plant and packaging

Once reviewed, we will resolve the issue at our discretion, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

⏱️ Reporting Window

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We are unable to honor claims submitted after this timeframe.

🚫 Returns

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

🌿 Plant Care Responsibility

Once a plant has been delivered and accepted, proper care becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot guarantee plant health after delivery or improper care.

📦 Shipping Stress Disclaimer

Plants may experience minor cosmetic imperfections during shipping (such as slight leaf damage or soil displacement). This is normal and does not qualify as damage.

❄️ Environmental Conditions

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Delayed delivery due to carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

📬 Order Issues

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
