🚚 Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Quicker Tide Nursery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🌿 Live Plant Shipping Notice

As we ship live plants:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, Quicker Tide Nursery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
